Public Engagement:

We offer a 30 minute post-show craft time. This includes a custom HSM! coloring page (you add the color & the monkey!) and creation of a paper bag monkey puppet.

Education:

For young students we offer a 40 minute workshop based in show recall and dramatic play.

For students 10 and up we offer these one-hour workshops:

- Puppetry Construction
- Puppetry Manipulation
- Bigger, Dumber, Louder, and Look at the Audience; a workshop that teaches physical comedy and character switching techniques using hats.

All of these one-hour workshops can be expanded to full-day or multi-class residencies that offer deeper exploration. The puppetry workshops can be focused on specific styles based on our presenter’s needs.
